FOOD'S MEDICINAL PROPERTIES The YIN AND YANG of balanacing the foods you eat! IT'S NOT REALLY AN EXACT SCIENCE, BUT DOES TAKE SOME KNOWLEDGE. So many times, our ailments and dis-ease come from wrong food combinations, not knowing our natural sensitivities and not having a clear understanding of our individual body-type constitution. Having this knowledge enables us to know what foods will keep us in balance, and which ones with throw us out of balance. . . . which ultimately generate signs of dis-ease and illness. THIS SIDE IS YIN THIS SIDE IS YANG The average person has no idea that foods fall into a full color, density, taste, temperature spectrum, and that foods have a distinct reaction in our bodies according to where they fall on this scale. Some foods are YIN, which means they have an inherent inclination towards being cold natured, water based, and having a light density and cooling reaction in our bodies. Other foods are YANG, which means they have an inherent inclination towards being hot natured, dryer in it's constitution, and have a heavier density and warming reaction in the body. Then there are foods that are naturally balanced, and are neither too yin or yang, and when eaten, don't necessarily affect our systems one way or the other. NO FOOD IS BAD FOR US, but depending our our state of health, we may be affected by eating too many foods that are YANG, if our natural constitution is YANG, and we have dis-ease symptoms that are also YANG. Clearly, there would be too much YANGness going on, and we would better benefit by eating YIN foods in this particular instance. | Company history Tell visitors about your company's history, including location, ownership, personal experiences, and other information that will help people remember you.
